Sean came out the same afternoon after a service call in the next county. He was professional, honest, explained what he was doing and was able to get the unit running and the house cooled back down again. It's an older unit, but he didn't try to paint a doom and gloom story, he was straight up and honest and let me know I was facing with the unit, and what it looked like had been done to fix it before. I recently purchased the home and knew that replacing the A/C was part of that deal, but I'm grateful I have a little more time to prepare for it. I have had the good fortune to have this company install the A/C system in my new home by the builder in Lakewood Ranch. The company also has a Sarasota location. Amanda is amazing in the front end of the business and the installer Ken is a great person to work with. They are family owned and operated and I feel so confident that they will service my A/C system properly for years to come.
