Though not the origional installer, they came out the next day and got the system running again. The company we had used to do a checkup wouldn't budge off their previous set appointment in 4 days. They ordered warranty parts and replaced the same week. Courteous and straight talking, none of the normal sales gimmicks. I used them the previous week for another system on a rental and they did a great job there too.
Arrived on time, they did a very thorough cleaning of our mini-splits! Excellent service
I called the Preferred Mechanical Air Conditioning in Sarasota FL to leveling my AC pad. I am afraid they will not taking small job. However, the receptionist is very nice, responsive and helpful. She arranged and scheduled for a technician come out in the next few days to do the work. Two technicians came and leveled my AC pad. They are very good and knowledgeable. They explained how the control thermostat works and showed where are the air return filters since they are not in the HVAC unit.
I already signed up for the yearly maintenance with Preferred Mechanical Air Conditioner. Thumb up.
Recently we put in a warranty claim for our AC unit and Eric from Preferred Mechanical carefully showed up promptly. He carefully explained and diagnosed our AC issue.
