Kenny was great! I specifically ask for him. The company just installed a 3 ton inverter at a really good price and took care of everything soup to nuts. Couldn't be happier.

Great response and customer service. We had a broken AC unit and needed the evap coils replaced and the company and gentleman Gilbert were able to complete the job in the same day. Can't thank them enough. Great company.

My AC went out just in time for the Labor Day weekend. But fortunately I had amazing service technician Cody. He so kind and explained everything so well . He went above and beyond and went out of his way to make us as comfortable as possible until a new unit could be ordered. So greatful to Cody and preferred Mechanical for getting our AC working again as fast as possible when it's so hot out. I definitely recommend preferred mechanical and Cody. Thank you all so much.

came recommended by another company that wasn't available That company, Cool Coast, recommended Preferred Mechanical. They repaired the issue with a one year warranty. I recommend both companies due to both companies having my best interest at heart.

Very thankful for Preferred Mechanical AC and specifically Eric! I had another company come out to address gaps + growth in the connection of the unit to the ceiling and they attempted to sell me a $2700 solution or call ProServe. My gut said to get another opinion. Eric came out that day and did a great job educating me and address the actual issue. Making progress to fixing the root cause and I have faith in the company to get it done.
