Service manager, Eric Brenner is outstanding! Erik has excellent customer service skills , knowledge and experience! He was able to answer all my questions in a way that I could understand, he did numerous test and checks to ensure that my system is running correctly, and this gave me great peace!
I am thrilled that I had the opportunity to meet Erik and have him come to my house and assist me! His friendliness made me feel very comfortable! Thank you for hiring great people like Erik, He is definitely a keeper!
Jamie and Karen and Eric were all kind and efficient. I called on a Sunday morning with no a/c ! My neighbor recommended PreFerred Mechanical. Jamie and Eric called and kept me informed of the time Eric would be here. He showed up on time and friendly and got the unit running so I would have a/c until they came back to replace a part. Karen again kept me in the loop until the part was replaced just a couple days later. No air in June, in florida, is no picnic. The people at Preferred Mechanical were terrific.
I would like to share my experience today with Eric the service technician. He was the second technician that came out to service our AC system. He didn't know it at the time that we had another company come out last week. We needed a second opinion and have our system serviced. Not only was Eric down right honest he held nothing back. While the other company told us we had a leak in our system and needed a whole new system, Eric told me that not only did we not have a leak we didn't need Freon. We were fortunate enough to have this company referred to us by my daughter as they have used them for years. I just wished I had asked her first who she used. I would recommend not only this company but would like to say again thanks to Eric for being such an honest person!!!
Wonderful experience! The company i had been using for a while never respinded to my Saturday night emergency text that my ac wasn't working and that was most unusual as the are available 24 hours. I gave them a chance to respind on Monday. Nothing. I then went online and chose Preferred based on reviews wnd i couldnt be happier. Marco and Derek who were wonderful came in a few hours, fixed my ac issue and my house is no longer an oven. Very fairly priced too!
These folks installed my AC 4 years ago and have been maintaining it since then. They are great to proactively remind about preventative maintenance that helps extend the life of the unit and fast to respond when there is a concern.
Great company family owned and operated. But even if your not family they treat you like you are. That Allen guy really takes pride in his work.
