Preferred Mechanical AC replaced old unit with a new inverter. Brian and Marco did a wonderful job on the installation. The job was completed in a thorough and careful manner with respect to our property. Brian and Marco were both very courteous answering all questions that we had.
This new unit is beyond what we expected. Lower humidity and cooler temps in the house now.

Flew into Sarasota from out of town for a week to find out our house had no A/C working. It was nearly 90 degrees in the house. Called the office in Sarasota 4:50 pm hoping they didn't close for the day. Sure enough got a secretary. She assured me that we could soon talk to a technician and get the central air working. Eric called back and showed up getting the job done quickly and efficiently. Thank you!

Service technicians are on time and complete tasks within reasonable timeframe. All are helpful and engaging. My 2 units, on the other hand, are getting a little frustrating.
