Professional, prompt and attention to detail!
We recently had a great experience with Service Manager Eric and Technician Max. We were so pleased with the service we received, and feel they went above and beyond to help us with the urgent need of a replacement blower motor for our HVAC unit after the supplier had erroneously provided an incorrect one.
We sincerely appreciate the extra time and effort they made to correct the problem so quickly. Max was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient during the service call. Thank you!

When I call for service I always get professional respectful curomer service from staff. Derrick service tech is very knowledgeable and knows what to do to maintain optimal performance of the ac/heat system. He has patience and doesn't mind questions asked. He does requests asked that pertain to the ac/heat unit even if its something small to him it's something big to me the customer. This makes me be a loyal customer because I'm treated with respect and royalty to me...
I had a problem with my heat pump. Preferred Mechanical surmised the problem and had to replace it which they did in a very timely manner. I highly recommend Preferred Mechanical.
