My AC went out just in time for the Labor Day weekend. But fortunately I had amazing service technician Cody. He so kind and explained everything so well . He went above and beyond and went out of his way to make us as comfortable as possible until a new unit could be ordered. Very thankful for Preferred Mechanical AC and specifically Eric! I had another company come out to address gaps + growth in the connection of the unit to the ceiling and they attempted to sell me a $2700 solution or call ProServe. My gut said to get another opinion. Eric came out that day and did a great job educating me and address the actual issue. Making progress to fixing the root cause and I have faith in the company to get it done.
