We were so pleased with the service we received, and feel they went above and beyond to help us with the urgent need of a replacement blower motor for our HVAC unit after the supplier had erroneously provided an incorrect one.

Derrick service tech is very knowledgeable and knows what to do to maintain optimal performance of the ac/heat system. He has patience and doesn't mind questions asked. He does requests asked that pertain to the ac/heat unit even if its something small to him it's something big to me the customer.
