Great group - from inside to servicemen to the owner. We had our house completely renovated so I dealt with the owner. There was little that went wrong with the installation and we've been thrilled with the units. Ours was a little complicated but it worked as we had hoped it would.
UPDATE: Just had our Spring servicing done (March 2018) and again I remain impressed by the professional manner, attention to detail and cleanliness of their work. I wish all service people were of this caliber
