Preferred Mechanical Air Conditioning installed our A/C system, as with any new home, there are sometimes glitches that need to be worked out. When the system quit working after about a week, we called them on a Saturday and Ken came over, found the problem quickly and had it up and running in no time. He was able to explain why it stopped working, and what he did to make sure that it would not happen again.
Carl and his company are a great. They redid our HVAC quicker and cheaper than the rest of the competition .
Answered phone calls quickly. Text messages kept me informed about their schedule and when they would be at my house. Service techs were nice and knowledgeable. My AC is now fixed and running smoothly.

Best air conditioning company out there. They are professional and courtesy. My ac went out and they were there fast. First time in 20 years my ac has ever felt this good.
