When my AC compressor broke i called several different companies to fix or replace it but no one could fit me in their schedule quickly, nor did they take the time to explain the cost and pros and cons of each unit the way Preferred did. Jaime came out the next day to give me an estimate and i felt very secure with the info he gave me and was able to make an educated decision for which unit to purchase. His team was able to get me on the schedule within 3days and completed the work in less than 2 days despite running into code issues that needed corrected from the previous homeowners. My unit is cooling wonderfully and is way more efficient than my old one allowing me to raise the set temperature to 80 degrees and still be comfortable, lowering my energy bill. The guys worked straight through and were very professional and honest. I recommend this company to anyone who needs AC service.

Awesome air conditioning company they always send us a reminder for when to tune up our air conditioner and are very reasonable. We have been using them for years and will continue!
