Prompt, professional & priced right!
I was introduced to Preferred Mechanical via an internet search. A military discount offer for a maintenance issue for my A/C prompted me to call an arrange for the service required.
Upon completion of the work the discount was not applied to the bill. I questioned the technician and was assured the office would be notified. . Sure!!
In the mail a check for the military discount. . . Wow, a company with integrity! Thanks Preferred Mechanical.

Preferred Mechanical installed my new AC HP in a timely manner. They were very professional & curitious. They cleaned up after themselves.
They were very patient with me & answered all of my questions.
A couple of days later there was a problem with the thermostat. They were st my house to address the problem within an hour of my calling them.
